Facebook Ad Management for 7–8 Figure E-Commerce Brands
Identify growth barriers, refine creative strategy, and optimize spend
I partner with established e-commerce brands doing 7-8 figures in annual revenue. My process starts with a detailed audit of your current performance, then identifies the bottlenecks holding back scale. From there, my team and I partner with you on a strategy to expand reach, improve efficiency, and maximize return — ensuring every dollar works harder so you grow profitably.
The Real Cost of Assumptions in Ad Accounts
Many ad accounts I audit are built on assumptions about audiences, creative, and spend allocation. The result is wasted budget, an underperforming ad account, and missed opportunities to reach new customers. For brands doing millions in revenue, even small inefficiencies compound into significant profit loss.
Audit & Discovery
Every brand hits a ceiling. The audit is designed to show why — whether it’s audience fatigue, creative gaps, or account structure inefficiencies. By mapping these out, we establish the foundation for your next stage of growth.
The outcome of this audit is simple: clarity on where your account stands, what’s limiting growth, and where the biggest opportunities lie.
What the audit covers
Impact Analysis
Measure how much Facebook ads actually drive new customer revenue and influences other channels.
Reach Analysis
Identify whether you’re still reaching new customers or overspending on the same audience.
TAM (Total Addressable Market) Review
Assess audience size, messaging angles, and whether your current creative speaks to the full market potential.
Account Structure
Evaluate whether your campaigns are organized to put spend behind what works, or spread too thin across assumptions.
Expansion & Strategy
Once the audit reveals where growth is stalling, the next step is building a growth strategy. The focus is on expanding your addressable market, refining creative to reach new audiences, and structuring your ad account for efficiency.
This creates a direct path from diagnosis to execution — giving your team clarity on what to prioritize to scale.
Key elements of strategy
TAM Expansion
Broaden messaging and positioning to unlock new audiences without losing focus on proven buyers.
Creative Direction
Provide clear guidance on the types of creative needed to improve reach and conversion.
Testing Framework
Develop a structured plan to test multiple products, audiences, and creative angles without wasting spend.
Budget Allocation
Prioritize spend toward high-performing campaigns while limiting waste on underperforming segments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only manage Facebook ads, or do you handle other channels too?
I focus primarily on Meta, but I also advise on and support other paid channels when it makes sense. Most brands at your stage still have untapped growth on Meta before expanding elsewhere.
Do you create ad creative, or just guide the strategy?
I mainly focus on providing clear direction on what types of content are needed, which angles to test, and how to adapt winners across channels.
I have a videographer on my team and can create product-focused content on per-concept pricing model. I also have a copywriter and developer on my team to create funnels on a per-page pricing model.
I am not the primary source of content production or any of my clients, and provide this for additional support when it’s needed.
How do you measure success?
I focus on first-order profitability and increased spend levels. Metrics like blended new customer ROAS, contribution margin, and customer acquisition cost guide how I manage spend and scale campaigns. The goal is to spend as much as possible, profitably, while considering inventory levels.
What if our account is already performing well?
Even strong accounts have inefficiencies. My audits typically reveal missed opportunities in audience expansion, creative testing, or spend allocation. Small changes at this scale often compound into meaningful profit gains.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Engagements start with an audit or short-term project. If we both see value, we can extend into ongoing management.
How does pricing work?
I don’t use % of ad spend models like most agencies. Pricing is as a flat retainer based on scope of work.
How quickly will we see results?
It depends on your starting point. Most brands begin to see efficiency gains within the first 30–60 days as wasted spend is removed and campaigns are restructured. Larger growth initiatives (like new TAM expansion) typically show impact over a few months.
Do you work directly with founders/CMOs, or with in-house teams?
Both. Many of my clients are founder-led brands; others have marketing teams in place. My role is to provide strategy, structure, and execution support to whichever setup you have.
Will this work for a brand our size?
I partner specifically with brands in the high 7– to low 8–figure range. At this stage, you’ve outgrown small-agency tactics but don’t need an expensive enterprise solution. That’s where my experience fits best.
